Every week boston.barstoolsports and their sponsor Presidente imported beer are giving a way $100 to that week's winner.

Joe's Jeans is holding a modeling contest looking for two models (one male, one female) to be the next faces (butt) for their Jeans.

the deadline to enter is May 27, 2009.

they ask models to send video of the models basically saying why you should be the next model and/or what makes you different, along with photos.

once entered the models will be narrowed down in a number of rounds where fans vote on the models they like and also a unique system where models get points for when people view their pictures and video widgets they have for people to put on their sites, in a system Joe's Jeans calls buzz factor

when this system gives us the top 10 guys and top 10 ladies a panel of expert judges will narrow them down to the top 5 men and the top 5 women

and then those 10 will be cut down to 5 and get a trip to LA for a casting session

the reason the people think woman are oppressed in the country of Afghanistan came about when the nation was taken over by the Taliban and the people living in the country had to live under their roles.

models for the show will be picked by a number of contest held in Afghanistan. already thousands have applied.

will this contest change the image people have of the country? will it change how people in Afghanistan vies themselves and the woman in the country? I don't know but if any one can make a country more fabulous its models.
